Using Debian squeeze, I setup a bridge between two interfaces (eth1 and eth2) using the following instructions. Note that eth0 is the management interface.
Install bridge utils
sudo apt-get install bridge-utils
Edit /etc/network/interfaces
sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces
